Marita
Sanguinetti MA is a diploma graduate of the Unity school of Yoga,
Dance and bodywork. For the past two years she has researched into
the ancient world techniques of Integral Hatha yoga developed by
the Hindu teacher Sivananda and bought to the west by Hindu teacher
Satchidananda, Marita has developed a BiodanzaSRT extension from her research and practice of these
beautiful mediations in motion and will be offering students
and graduates of the BiodanzaSRT diploma training course the opportunity to
specialise in this field. This new BiodanzaSRT specialization is an integration of
BiodanzaSRT, dance, yoga and massage, all meditations.
BiodanzaSRT is specific design is taken and inspired from our
natural movement which is an expression of nature. Nature itself is
the template from which all the dances and excises are drawn from;
the wind, the sun, the oceans, the earth, the moon and all the
starts revolving are dancing the very same dance that our cells in
our dancing with in our bodies. BiodanzaSRT is a scientific system whose aim is to develop
every aspect of our being. The core principal is that in the centre
of every thing there is life and “we are the sons and daughters of
Life’s longing for itself”. (Gibran Kahlil) ...
Yoga means unity and
BiodanzaSRT core aim is to develop awareness of our body~our
lives, each other and ourselves and to bring to our every moment
all parts of our selves in integration in order to unite in the
totality that includes our very being All this s to help us to
reach our full potential in life.
Marita also offers regular weekly classes in London and retreats in
Spain, Italy Devon & Cornwall. These are wonderful Yoga dance
massage classes and events are run by Marita is a Yogi who brings
her lifelong experience and knowledge of the fluidity and
progression of dance and the importance of breathing (Pranayama) to
her teaching of yoga and massage. All classes and events are
suitable for complete beginners to those with a strong, regular
long-term practice.
