IBIZA - Villa Palmas
Ibiza BIODANZAsrt......
In one of the most beautiful and (at that time of the year) deserted parts of the Island. Benirras beach (north west Ibiza) was our very own beach. The weather was warm and the sea was the same temperature as it is in Cornwall in August. Here together we danced the dance of fluidity.

All of the participants and permanent staff reminded each other each day that "Its January !!!" then we laughed as we sat in the sun picnicking on one of the verandas overlooking the sparkling sea

And then there was the 'food'
lovingly prepared by our excellent chefs Andres and
Julia.

Food that is alive, visually exciting and so
beautifully presented that the diners would gasp,
sit and admire for several minutes and then take
photos before taking their first bite. Each dish
was stimulating on all levels, like paintings, each
one different and created with us in mind (I
mentioned that I liked rocket and at the next meal
there it was fresh and crisp and loads of it to
fill our mouths) and just as all good works of art,
Andres and Julia's food teaches us to experience
the world anew, with a renewed senses and
then....... just the flavours........ .......... (
I have to pause to sigh with delight)........ I
could taste sun shine. Just as BIODANZAsrt

Andres and Julia's food is 'Sun shine made edible'
the taste just made you smile from ear to ear,
every one called it smiley food'.

Massage
Rachael is so beautiful and has the lightest yet impacting touch, 'strength from gentleness'. I really felt listened to by her. As she massaged me she gave me the space to just 'be' she really felt the slightest tension or stress and worked on that area so fully as she allowed me to talk if I wanted to or fall silent when I was carried away by her soothing touch. We listened to our favourite songs and the sound of the sea and she 'danced the massage'. She uses only the finest organic massage oils so you leave floating in a scented mist.
