BIODANZAsrt Pre Natal Classes
Regular classes start on Wednesdays,
From October 22
2.pm to 3.30pm

Pre Natal Biodanzasrt is a natural means of getting in tune with your body, so that you can trust your own innate knowledge and instinctive ability to give birth and be a parent.
From planning to conception, to birth and continuing through to post natal care and parenting, these prenatal classes teach practical skills to build confidence and help you relax and cope with labour, birth and being a parent.
Through gentle dance exercises, relaxation, labour and parentingpreparation, the experience of birth and being a parent once again become the deeply joyful experience that impacts positively on all our lives.
